这就是原始内共生学说.线粒体起源于好氧性细菌(很可能是接近于立克次体的变形菌门细菌),叶绿体源于原核生物蓝藻.它们在远古被细胞吞如体内,
由于某种原因没有被分解掉,而是作为细胞器保留了下来.由于它们原来是完整的生物体,所以体内含有遗传物质,并在被吞入后保留了下来.而其它细胞器都是细胞本身含有的,所以没有DNA

认为线粒体起源于好氧性细菌(很可能是接近于立克次体的变形菌门细菌),而叶绿体源于内共生的光合自养原核生物蓝藻。

The endosymbiotic theory concerns the origins of mitochondria and plastids (e.g. chloroplasts), which are organelles of eukaryotic cells. According to this theory, mitochondria and chloroplast have thought to be evolved earlier. they used to be separate living species which had their own dna to synthesize their own food and energy, they were later on engulfed by other larger living species (thought to be the cell) and now are the intercellular organelles in a cell . Therefore, mitochondria and chloroplast have their own DNA. But the other organelles are not evolved in the same way, so they do not have their own DNA.
