We have comminicated with the Commercial Office on the time for bidding for this project (July 2013) and the expected time for commencing construction (end of October,2013).The Commercial Office told us in no uncertain terms that Company A will not be able to complete on time the procedures related to the registration of its subsidiary and,therefore,won't be able to obtain the Office's letter of endorsement for its bid.
After contacted with Economy&Trade Bureau,the bid-time is around at the end of July 2013, the estimated launch time is at the end of Oct.2013. The bureau also made clear that A company cannot finish registration process for its branch on time, and also cannot get the support on bid from Economy&Trade Bureau.
