在现代,人们经过了各个阶段的各种服饰,特别是中学生们喜欢的服饰,更是五花八门,他们最重视的是时髦,跟得上现在新星人类的潮流,在中学生中有一部分同学重视的是独特,他们穿的服饰讲究别具一格,具有异域风情的,也有一小部分同学穿衣服很随便,他们不重视独特,只在乎朴实、干净,但是在中学生中有较大一部分同学都热忠于名牌,在他们眼中穿名牌衣服是最能体现出自己的品味、气质与地位,他们认为,名牌的衣服就是现在无论是样式、质量、颜色等等一切衣服所具有的性质中最最好的衣服.
由于现在家庭上的情况日益改善,人们的生活越来越富裕,再加上父母过于疼爱孩子,从而就会毫无条件地答应子女的任何要求,于是,孩子们就三天两头地拉着父母往街上跑,因为街上有很多诱人的地方,那就是一家家琳琅满目的服装店,里面在衣服五花八门、形式各异.特别是基本上都是我们中学生喜欢的“名牌”服饰.因为是名牌,所以价格特别贵,尤其是现在热销的“李宁”“安踏”“特步”……
中学生对名牌服饰的穿着主要是为了改变自己的形象,是时尚和个人形象的体现,其目的是博得别人的好的评价,同时也存在着摆阔和攀比心理作怪因素.但是大家也清醒地认识到穿名牌并不是中学生形象的代表,有27%的同学还认为有损于中学生的形象,因为穿名牌的背后还隐藏着一些不可为人所知的目的.

When I joined a private football league a few years ago, the sport meant everything to me. My coach said that I had lots of potential, and I became the captain of my team. That was before all the fun was taken out of playing.
At first, everyone on the team got equal playing time. Then the team moved up to the top division after winning all its games, and the pressure started. Some parents， who had paid the coach extra so their daughters could have one-to-one private training, got angry when she didn’t give them more playing time in our matches. The coach was replaced.
The new coach, however, took all the fun out of the game: all we did during practice was run. I always wished to god that it would rain so we would not have the training. Of course, all teams run drills, they are necessary. But we ran so much that, afterwards, we had trouble breathing. Younger people shouldn’t be doing exercises intended for 18-year-olds.
I was very thin before I started football, but as a member of this team, I wouldn’t eat much, because I’m afraid of being to full to run. I feared making mistakes, but the added pressure caused me make more than my usual share.
Is all this pressure necessary? I ended up leaving the football team. Four other girls did the same, and two of them stopped playing football completely. That’s sad, because they had so much potential. They were just burned-out with all the pressure from the coach or their parents.
