本文通过学习和借鉴新加坡住房保障制度的经验并分析对我国保障性住房体系的构建和改进提出相关的建议：首先,确定以政府为主导的住房保障体系.其次要根据家庭收入来配售住房.再者,扩大公积金的作用和覆盖范围.然后要制定相关的法律法规,使住房保障有法可依.最后还要注重保障房的建设规划和寻求可靠的资金来源.
