(2) I am more familiar with the vital office softwares,like the Word and Excel.When I encounter some difficulties,I would ask them at once.One time,the director asked me to copy some papers,and I standed there for minutes,didn't know how to due with theduplicating machine.The clumsy moment now passed away,this kind of feeling was so cool!
(3) I really appreciate the office culture that the stuff are well-aware of the environmental protection.Their attitude toward the stationery is so rigorous,which made me feel ashamed.
(4) Form the stuff,I understand the importance of organizing and planning before taking actions.First,I had a wrong opinion that making plans are useless,because the situation is always changeable.However,the experience and truth told me that I am totally wrong.I should form the good habit that to prepare before I do something.
(5) Last but not lease,from the internship,I have the most precious experience.That is I exercise my courage.As I said in the above,I turn shy easily when I talk with the strangers.At the second day,my director told me frankly that I shouldbe fearless,only in this way,could I learn sometihng.

(1) I realized after the job interview that my resume needed further revision to be more clearly in structure and more detailed in the academic honour section.
(2) I was well trained in applying MS Office softwares to work as well as operating other paperwork equipments.I have become much more confident now compared with that when I stood at a printer for minutes,having no idea how to do photocopy.
(3) I was impressed by the serious attitude of my colleagues to environment protection.During the internship,I gradually formed the habit of sparing no efforts in reduction of using printers and pencils,as everyone did.
(4) That the situation is always changing does not mean plans are useless,which is another thing I learned from my workmates.As a matter of fact,I found that my job would probably end up in a mess unless I scheduled and organized the procedure beforehand.
(5) With practice at work I am no more shy or afraid of communication with others,and I have to admit that benefits me in all aspects at work.Just as my director told me,I could hardly learn and become experienced unless being fearless.
