这个不能说有什么区别,只能说形容词大多数可以做keep sth后面的宾语补足语,而只有少数表示方位或状态变化的副词才可以做keep sth后面的宾语补足语.
它们做宾语补足语时,都表示一种可以延续的状态.
此类副词常见的有：on（开着的/继续）,off（关着的）,in（在里面）,out（在外面）,away（离开）等等.
