在现代素质教育的形势下,建设为素质教育服务的、现代化的、功能完善的教育教学资源系统,拓展学生自主学习的空间,发展学生的多种能力,特别是创新能力,已经成为中学教育必须研究的课题.现代信息技术特别是计算机网络技术的飞速发展,使我们的教育模式产生了质的飞跃,网络化教育将成为信息时代的重要标志和组成部分.探索、研究并构建适宜于在计算机网络环境下的教育教学模式,是教育界亟待解决的课题,也是我们责无旁贷的使命.在网络教育时代,不仅需要有先进科学的教学手段、高效互动的教学方式,更需要有丰富实用的教学资源、完备的教学体系.在网络化教育的大环境下,教师应该成为网络教育的主导力量.而目前,我们的教师对信息技术、网络教育尚不熟悉,利用网络实施教育教学尚有距离,尤其是建立“在网络环境下的教育教学新模式”还有待起步,基于此,我们提出了本课题的研究.
二、本课题研究的条件
开展本课题研究具有以下有利条件:

三、本课题研究要解决的问题
