和谐青年方明和理解的和谐社会理想：公众利益平等探讨,公众参与社会事务,积极奉献环保热忱.
为了实现与构建和谐社会相伴的目标,他们在执著地追求、拼搏、奋然前行.
和谐之美,心向往之.和谐青年的内心是充实的,美好的理想激发着内心的追求,他们因有美好的理想而积极、乐观、激情四溢.每一个生活在这个伟大时代的青年,都应该懂得,构建和谐社会的目标和任务与每个青年息息相关.
我以为,和谐青年的培养,从根本上是要围绕着内在品质而进行.成大业者必先立下志向,内外兼修,以积极的人生态度对待世事,让自己的身心保持和谐.须知,构建和谐社会既有挺立潮头的轰轰烈烈,也有在平凡岗位默默奉献的点点滴滴.青年无论身居何位,从事什么职业,只要愿意为构建和谐社会勤奋学习、诚实为人、认真工作、贡献才智、善于创新,主动融入和谐社会事业,参与和谐社会建设,推动和谐社会发展,就会在平凡中做出不平凡的业绩,成为有理想追求和美好心灵的和谐青年,实践和创造当代青年在和谐社会中的精神价值.
二、 和谐青年的精神价值产生于与社会(他人)的和谐
人的发展在本质上是由自然人向社会人的转化过程.和谐青年通过与社会(他人)良好的互动,创造了社会价值,是和谐社会的建设者和引领者.马克思说：正像人生产社会一样,社会也在生产着人.和谐社会是双向的,“社会以人为本”与“人以社会为本”相结合是和谐社会的基础.在和谐社会里,不仅社会要以人为本,同时,人应当坚持以社会为本.
作为社会发展的目的,青年必将是和谐社会的受益者.同时,应该看到,在构建和谐社会的过程中,青年正日益凸现其作为和谐社会建设主体的意义和作用.作为社会现实的代表,当代青年不可避免地会将自己的价值观念、行为方式、追求目标等带入到社会生活中来,青年在参与社会生活的过程中也会影响社会规范、社会关系、社会心理和社会生活的方方面面.和谐青年可以通过理解、关爱、服务、平等、责任与贡献等等社会参与形式和实践行为,调解人际关系,营造和谐氛围,使社会中的更多人不仅获得物质支撑,而且受益于精神培育.
和谐青年与社会(他人)和谐的精神价值召唤着当代青年努力做到：以爱心促和谐,以能力建和谐,以智慧创和谐,在和谐中实现自己的社会价值.
三、 和谐青年的精神价值伴随着人与自然的和谐
和谐社会建设离不开善待自然和保护环境.人的发展实质上伴随着生物成熟过程和社会成熟过程的双重含义.正因此,爱护自然也就是社会成熟的标志之一,保护环境也就是守护人类赖以生存的家园.和谐青年需要关注生态问题,需要深刻认识生态平衡的两层含义,即自然环境的生态平衡与精神领域的生态平衡.只有协调处理好这两个生态平衡,才会真正做到善待自然,促进人的精神健康.
人类发展的历史,可以说是一部人们改造环境与破坏环境交错的历史.人的活动对于环境所产生的正面和负面的影响都是存在的.因此,在这个意义上就特别需要强调,人对自然环境的影响和作用需要确定一个“度”.这里,我们就尝试用“和谐”作为一个尺度,或者叫做一个价值尺度.在构建和谐社会中,参与和谐环境文化建设有利于形成和谐青年的精神内涵和人格力量.
