As we all know,the manners is very important for impression for a man .When we are in a working environment it is significant especially for a new employee.I think,firstly hello and thanks is a basic manner for everyone,then when we are in different occasion we can behave seperately.For example we attend a meeting,we can put the cellphone rock or turn off it .and we cann't make a call inside ,we can say "excuse me"then leave quietly.If we want to enter a room ,we must knock on ,and before we leave we should slam the door.etc.The last but not the least ,we should smile as much as possible.No matter which environment we are in ,we should smile,then others may be willing to help you .

In the society there are many dishonest people, as well as those who choose to abide by the rules and regulations. When people work, their bosses expect them to concentrate only on their work; they would be given breaks, for example, to take their lunch. So the bosses will not accept employees who love to play and produce little or no work at all. Employees are also expected to be honest with their colleagues and bosses, and not try to cheat their money, as they would feel insecure, and working in that company would not be a joyful job for them. Employees should also not work just for the sake of working; they should devote themselves to the job, and at the end of the day, workers should not be saying, "Boss, my job is done for the day, and I would like to have my salary now." This obviously shows that the worker works only for money; he cares about nothing else.
In conclusion, workers should care for others as well as their job, their minds should not be money-orientated, and they must make sure that they are enjoying what they do, and understand that work and play time is separated.
