四、押金:
4.1 自本租约签订之日起5个工作日之内,承租方应向出租方缴付相当于 贰 个月租金额的租赁押金,共计人民币 4000 元 .租期届满且承租方不再续租的,或租约提前终止或解除的,出租方应在租赁关系终止后,并在承租方将水、电、天然气使用费以及电话费、宽带费付清后的15个工作日内将押金退还给承租方(不计利息).
4.2 如承租方未能按约定向出租方如期支付租金,出租方有权据此以押金抵付应付租金或因此而发生的其他费用,但是由于出租方过错所造成的延期付款情况除外 (参见第3.1款和第3.2款)
4.3 如发生第4.2的条款情况,且押金不足抵付时,承租方必须在接到出租方付款通知后15个工作日内补
