焊接检验 :
1.学习:技术规范与图纸,熟悉WPS/WPQR
2.焊前检查:检查焊接表面状况(有无生锈、油污、氧化皮),坡口形式与图纸相符与否,焊接余量是否合理.
3.焊接参数是否符合WPS要求(电流、电压、送丝速度、焊工资质、焊机合格证、焊条焊剂是否烤过、焊丝表面是否清洁),焊接过程是否清根,有无预热要求,预热温度是否合适、严格控制层间温度、焊后热处理是否的得当
4.焊后检验:焊缝外观及表面缺陷检查(焊缝太宽,焊瘤,飞溅,表面气孔,咬边,未焊满,未熔合等等);进行必要的UT无损检验,监督PT,MT,RT是否正确按时进行.包括NDT抽查比例是否正确,检查位置是否正确.
5.防腐检验:学习油漆工艺,检验打砂处理后表面清洁度、粗糙度检验,焊接缺陷2次检验,油漆厚度检验.
6.检查记录:整理检验数据,做尺寸报告

Steelwork dimension inspection and welding apperance check
Welding verification:
1. Study: Technical Specification and Drawings, be familar with WPS/SPQR;
2. Checking before welding: inspect welding surface conditions (for stain, oil, or scales), groove form must comply with drawing, and welding margin is rational;
3. Process verification: check whether welding parameters comply with WPS requirements (current, voltage, wire feeding speed, welder qualification, welding machine certification, whether welding bar is roasted, and whether welding wire surface is clean);
Whether back chipping is required for welding process;
Whether preheating is necessary;
Whether preheating temperature is suitable, whether temperatures between layers and whether thermal treatment after welding is propoer;
4. After weld verification: Welding joint and apperance defects inspection (oversized welding joint, weld beading, spoil, surface bubble, undercut, insufficient weld, or unfused etc.); make necessary UT undamage inspection, monitor PT, MT, and RT are correct and ont time. Check whether NDT sampling ratio and inspection postiion is correct;
5. Anti-corrosion inspection: learn paiting process, check surface cleaness, roughness after sand blasting, check twice for welding deftects, and check for paiting depth;
6. Inspection record: collect inspection data, and make dimension report.
