The Factors I Consider When Looking for A Job
Generally speaking,there are some factors that people would consider when they apply for a job.And this differs from people to people.Some people would choose a job with a high pay.They think that good pay is the most important thing as for a job.When they meet with another job that is better-paid,they would choose it and give up the present one.Some people would choose a job with good working conditions.They think that a good working condition is necessary and should be regarded as one of the most important factors when hunting a job.Others would choose a big company that has a bright future.They believe that current situation of the company is not so important,while its coming development should be considered.
As far as I am concerned,I'll put the three factors into consideration at the same time.But if a company I choose doesn't have the three good conditions,I'll consider more its coming development as well as my personal development opportunity I can get.
