当你象顽皮的孩子悄悄爬上树梢，让我再也找不到你时，看我一个人在树下孤独地徘徊，难过了又忧伤，你却躲在树后偷笑。啊，月亮，此时的你却成了我儿时的回忆————遗忘的时光。
多少次站在阳台上，抬头遥望天空中的你，你时而变幻着自己的面容，偶尔也戴上神秘的面纱，或许我该羡慕你，吸收天地精华，拥有太阳的光辉，星星的陪衬。你戴上面纱的时候，在你下面朴实的人们，却从不问你为何戴上面纱。他们甚至在你的背后为你颂扬着那些所谓的传说和故事，“天狗吃月”成了你戴上神秘面纱最好的“借口”。不过还好，你并没有为此而颓废你自己，因为你知道你戴上神秘面纱，只是为了逃避某种你认为的“宿命”和生命的无常，因为你也有一种情感。一种让人猜不透的情感。啊，月亮，戴上神秘面纱的你成了宇宙的奥秘——人类探索科学的根源。
不管神秘面纱的背后，你是否也保留着你的爱恨情仇，但是月亮，我想对你说，你美丽的身影，洁白的灵魂，是我对你由衷的敬佩，因为你是一个强者，一个对自己坚贞的精灵。不论你要面对多少世俗的纷争，天地的混浊，宇宙的无常，你都不会改变自己生活的原则，你的自我本色依旧那么洁白，是的，有人认为你很顽固，顽固得近乎执着，因此我很佩服你，也有那么点怨你。

月亮，不管你是否和我一样有着同样的情感同样的思想，但是我想对你说，你不应该只眷恋着湖面去照你的娇容，不应该只顾自己的欢乐而玩起“捉迷藏”，你有着年轻的使命，光荣的任务——去照亮夜行人的方向。你是一盏灯，就应该好好照亮别人；你是诗人美好的意象，就应该把他们的诗情寄送远方；你是鸿雁，就不应该让游子想家的思绪四处飘荡。
不管你以何种理由哪种借口，请你都不要逃避，灰暗的云朵并不是你永恒的归宿。就算你也和我一样遇着无法解决的事情，就选择退缩，但是月亮，请你记住：灰暗的云朵遮住不了现实的混浊，逃避的背后迎不了灿烂曙光。月圆月缺是生命的轮回，你的银辉也曾使大地增光。或许你曾自卑，那光辉没有火一般的温暖，但是夏日的沁凉少不了你的“功劳”，那时的你是晶莹的露珠即使日升，露珠就要烟消云散，无影无踪，明天你又要换了新的模样，但是我们忘不了你的银辉曾照耀大地，你的光芒曾温暖人民的胸膛。
情人的玫瑰没你动请，诗人的文章在传唱你的神秘，月亮，请你露出你的脸庞，勇敢面对，坚强面对，相信你会获得重生，不会在宇宙中迷失自己的方向。
啊！月亮，你照亮行人的路，寄送诗人的情意，温暖情人的心房，你象征了爱情的永恒，你让人间充满了光亮，你让人们有了美丽的向往。你是孩子的梦，你用洁白见证了对自己的坚贞，你用时间证实了对现实的永恒，你是守护神，守护着梦的那边-——我的家乡。
