This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English,computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam.Many times I want to take today off,but my mother said to me:“go on,you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try.Now my English is better than 2months ago.I must thanks my mother,she is good for me.Practices makes perfect.

今天的我们，将是21世纪的主人。我们的“行”与“不行”关系到中华民族未来的命运。
怎样让我们 “能行”，是有责任感的中国公民和我们自己所关心的问题。
现在，许多独生子女在家庭的溺爱下，变得胆小懦弱，让他做什么事，想都不想，“我不行”三个字顺口就出来了。这种对自己没有信心的人，又怎能担负起21世纪的重担呢？
因为，“我不行”是一种反向的负信息，是缺乏自信心的具体表现。总用这种信息来暗示自己，一种“我不行”的形象就被自己不知不觉地塑造出来了。
“我能行”是一种正信息，是成功者必备的心理素质。总用正信息来调控自己，一种“我能行”的形象也就不知不觉塑造出来。
“我能行”与“我不行”，虽然只是一字之差，却有着本质的不同。“我能行”是成功者必备的心理素质，而“我不行”正是失败者失败的主要原因，因为他们失去的是成功的重要支柱--自信。
我觉得，让我们从小对自己有信心，用正信息调控自己，比分数还重要。我们要改变“我不行”的状态，让我们喊出：“我能行！”
令人不安的是，在当今的家庭中，父母对孩子说“不行”的次数，要比说“行”多得多。父母也有一定的责任，父母一定要改变“孩子不行”这种负意识和行为，树立起“孩子能行”的信念，并经常向孩子发出“你能行，你一定能行”的正信息，放手让孩子去实践，去亲身品尝成功的喜悦和失败的滋味。当孩子去参加比赛，妈妈要鼓励他说：“相信你一定能行！”孩子比赛输了，哪怕是最后一名，你也要说：“敢去参加比赛就是好样的！”
一个人的潜能是很大的，美国一位数学家认为：人的大脑神经元总数在100亿到140亿之间，因此人一生中大脑可记忆的信息量，相当于世界上最大的图书馆即美国国会图书馆藏书容量的3～4倍，而这家图书馆的藏书为2000万册。所以孩子的学习成绩一时上不去，父母不必急躁，要耐心开发，只要你相信孩子能行，便一定能行。

可今天，长大后的我们得到的信息又是什么呢？大人们常常指责自己的孩子“太差了！”“太糟了！”“太不争气了！”“太没出息了！”……整天在负信息的暗示下长大的孩子，他们的才能被忽视，他们无形中给自己下了定义“我不行”，于是他就真的不行了。
父母如果不丢掉“你不行”的负意识，便会成为孩子走向成功的一大障碍，如果自己也不去掉“我不行”的概念，那就是阻止自己走向成功的道路。
现代京剧表演艺术家盖叫天曾说过：“天下没有不行的事，自幼我们便是打这‘不行’中锻炼出‘行’来，这叫‘练行的’。凡事总要有信心，老想着‘行’。要是做一件事，先就担心着‘怕不行’吧，那就没有勇气了。”
