而B项是主动,主动优于被动的.

不应该是by which。 以为如果是navigate by 的话才会把by 提去前面用by which。 而这里显然navigate后面是不用加by的。所以b 是没有问题的。 然后b又比a在语言上简练所以应该是b而不是a。希望有帮到你~
