1.The young fish were very tiny,yet each of them ate many times its own weight in solid food every day.
我不懂的是WEIGHT后面那个in 怎么解释 因为感觉weight应该是和前面的ate many times its own weight 在一起 也就是吃比自己体重重很多的东西 那么in 呢?难道还有eat in ..food这样的说法么?

不好意思打了那么一大段上来~其实我不懂得只有括号里面那一句.这个ONE 指的是什么?turn round意思是转过身么?整体又怎么理解呢?
但是他后面是“that it startled” 如果是人的话就不应该是it啊 it

1.in 表示食物的形式状态,即固体的.
2.one 指的是普遍意义上的“人”,可以理解为人们、我们,比如：all for one,one for all.
turn round 是转身的意思,因为前面在看房子,闪耀着金色和蓝色的高窗户使房子看起来像大海一样.括号中句子的意思是：当转身看着真正的大海时,我们就会对大海的伟岸神奇叹为观止.
