发动机的冷却系统和润滑系统作为发动机最重要的组成部分将直接影响发动机的性能.一方面,发动机工作时,与高温燃烧气体接触的零件受热而温度升高,如不加以适当的冷却,会使内燃机过热,充气系数下降,燃烧不正常,机油变质和烧损,零件的摩擦和磨损加剧,加大柴油机的功率消耗,零件工作表面烧损等引起内燃机的动力性、经济性、可靠性和耐久性全面恶化,致使柴油机无法运转.另一方面,发动机工作时,各运动零件均以一定的力作用在另一个零件上,并且发生高速的相对运动,有了相对运动,零件表面必然要产生摩擦,加速磨损.因此,为了减轻磨损,减小摩擦阻力,延长使用寿命,发动机上都必须有润滑系.为此,本文针对新型双缸卧式柴油机冷却系统和润滑系统的设计要求,参考现有柴油机冷却系统和润滑系统结构,对T2100柴油机冷却及润滑系统进行了设计计算与分析.T2100柴油机冷却系冷却水带走的热量占总热量为19845千卡/小时,散热器散热面积6.06 m2;其水泵流量为47.25 ,转速为1950rpm;机油泵选用结构紧凑,体积小,零件数少,工作转速范围大的转子式机油泵,供油量为10.811~21.622 .计算分析结果表明所设计的冷却系统和润滑系统满足设计要求.
