I don't know which level your knowledge is at . In one word, the reaction result of thin nitric acid reacting with any metal oxide is as same as that of the thick acid doing with any metal oxide . But , the result of nitric acid reacting with metal instead of metal oxide is different from what is described above . Have u got it ? I believe u are a middle school student rather than a high school student . Hope what I said works .
