首先搞清这几个词有什么区别
1.say 指说的内容,带宾语
eg.Please say goodbye to the teacher.
2.speak强调说话的能力,开口说话,演讲,说某种语言.
eg.He will speak at a meeting.
在用作及物动词时,宾语只能是Chinese(或其他语言）,truth(真话）等少数的词,不能接that名词子句.
eg.She can speak Russian fluently.
3.tell“告诉".
注：tell the truth 讲实话,tell a lie 说谎
tell a story 讲故事

4.talk 指谈话 talk to/with 与...交谈
eg.I'm talking to/ with your parents.
shout指大叫,这里肯定不行
总的来说
speak 侧重于语言和说的动作,上文说你觉得她的演讲怎么样,下句为她说这个动作持续了一个小时,而say 这个词侧重于说了什么这个事实,一般不持续一段时间,下句意思是说她没说太多,也就是没说太多有用的东西,所以用say.再看时态,就选d.
