摘要
随着电子技术的快速发展,集成电路对电压和电流脉冲的敏感程度越来越高,除直击雷影响外,雷电流流经室内金属物引起的感应雷成为电子设备损坏和工作中断新的主要因素.而避雷器对这种感应雷的保护很有效,因此避雷器在现代雷电防护中被广泛应用.
避雷器分为电源避雷器和信号避雷器,本研究就是设计电源避雷器及其测试.根据氧化锌电阻的压敏特性,把电源避雷器并联到保护电路的相线上,并且与PE线相连.当有雷电流或者过电压达到氧化锌电阻的阀值时,氧化锌电阻迅速导通,将雷电流泄放到大地,从而对电路起到保护作用.为了随时知道SPD是否正常工作,本设计专门提供了温度与通断状态的检测接口.

Lightning arresters are divided into power lightning arresters and signal lightning arresters .this study is to design and test the power lightning arrester.Based on the voltage-sensitive characteristics of zinc oxide resistance ,make the power lightning arresters parallel with the protected circuit ,and connect with the PE line .When a lightning current or over-voltage reach the threshold of zinc oxide resistance,the zinc oxide resistance conducts quickly,and discharges the flow of the lightning on the earth,thus protects the circuit.In order to know whether SPD is working at any time ,the study specially provides the detection interface of the temperature and on-off state.
