Article 13 Confirmed by both sides, Party A shall adopt the following standards and methods to examine and accept the R&D result accomplished by Party B
1. 以甲方可以通过浏览器运行为验收标准；
2. 验收期内修改和调整包括文本内容正误调整、校对（以甲方提供的材料为标准）、界面处理大小更改等.修改内容在合同规定工作量内不收取额外费用,如有增加页面、功能等,按增加后的实际费用收费.

2.During the acceptance period,modifications and adjustments including the correction of text,proofreading (based on the materials provided by Party A as the standard) ,size alteration and interface processing shall be conducted.No extra charges shall be levied if the modification workload is within the specified scope in the contract; fees for the addition of web pages and functions etc.shall be charged according to actual expenses after they are completed.
3.甲方以书面方式确定是否验收合格.
