如果觉得合适,还望采纳: Once there was a poem, it was said:
There’s a lot of joy in living,
  If we face life with a smile;
Take time to do some kindness,
  And go the second mile.
For the greatest joy is giving,
And it all comes back to you
When you add a little sunshine
To all you say and you do.
  Before the day is ended
  Try to do something worthwhile,
  Help to ease another’s burden
And make a sad heart sing.
You will find each new tomorrow
Will be happy from the start
  If you only will remember,
Keep a smile within your heart!
For years scientists have asked themselves a question “Why do we smile?” No other animals smile—only human beings, so does smile help us to survive in any way? The answer seems to be that smiling helps us to relax, reducing tension and preventing illnesses which are caused by stress. On the whole, smiling is really good to us.
But some people may still think: if you’re unhappy, it can’t do you any good to smile, can it? Actually, it is not true. Apparently the opposite effects of smiling are just the same whether you feel like smiling or not. Scientists in Californian asked a group of actors to act five different feelings; happiness, sadness, anger, surprise and fear—just using their faces.
During they were acting, the change in their heart rate, blood pressure and temperature were written down. Most of the feelings they acted didn’t cause any changes, but when the actors smiled, their heart rate and their blood pressure went down. This happened even though they were only acting! So even if we really feel sad inside, smiling also seems to make us feel better.
Besides those, smiling also helps to keep things in perspective. Being interfered by friends or a flat tyre won’t seem quite so bad if you can see the funny side. So if you find yourself in a stressful situation, try to imagine how it must seem to an outsider and let yourself giggle. As a psychologist once wrote: “If people try to show a positive reaction instead of a negative one, this will eventually become part of their personality. If you start to smile, in time you will actually become happier.”
So, forget about the unhappy things, face life with a smile, it will make our life more colorful!

第二个答案:Today,I read an interesting movie which name is “Akeelah and the spelling bee. ”This movie is based on the traditional game in America called“ spelling bee”. The story is about an 11-year-old girl Akeelah Anderson. Her father died when she was five years old. During her childhood, she lived a poor life with her mother So she can’t afford going to school. Fortunately, she was born to be a good word speller ——she could remember a word instantly. One day, someone told her that she could sign up the “spelling bee”, while her mother didn’t allow her to take part in the competition. A teacher named Larabee want to help her with spelling. At last, after a hard training process and learnt appropriate training methods, she won the championship.
I like Akeelah, for she is a sunny girl. She has an optimistic attitude towards life——she went through a lot of difficulties, but she became more confident. Each time she failed , she always said: “It was not a big deal”. I think we should learn from Akeelah. She never complains and she overcame difficulties with her optimistic mind.
Nowadays, many people complain that life is bad. For example, if my parents don’t buy my favorite things for me, I will hate them. But to Akeelah, She doesn’t have a father and she only can talk with his photo! In this world, some children are orphans. Now think about, I meet the pain, what! So, I think I should be good to parents, and cherish the time being with them.
Many great people also have a lot of difficulties on their road of life. Such as Martin Luther King. He met Kennedy and called for the adoption of new civil rights law- the right to equality for blacks. Martin’s life is like Akeelah’s, they both don’t mind others' strange vision, proceed without hesitation to the dream, and so they can be successful.
If you want to be a great person, you need to work hard. Remember the saying: The genius is a special passion! It's not stupid, and you will get a lot. Success has many ways, but the best way is to catch any opportunity to study like a short break between classes when you can read a book or only an article; when you wait a bus on bus station, you can write a poem, when you on the way to school, you can spell some words, at least two, using the money to buy some useful books.it’s better than buying food and toy.don’t waste time, money and energy to do useless things!
And in this story, Larabee sponsored Akeelah a lot. He made her realize their dreams, and let her have a better future. He is not only a good teacher but also making Akeelah feel the warmth from her father. At the same time he made Akeelah happy, too.
At last,I think everyone need to be confident, just like Akeelah says: Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. You are the child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
Let’s be a good and a confident person and try to face life with smile!
