A Healthy Eating Habit
It’s very important for us to have a healthy eating habit .But what is a healthy eating habit?
We should eat noodles,rice,bread,eggs and milk every day .They give us heat.
There are a lot of vitamins in vegetables and fruit.Scientist suggests we have vegetables eight to eleven times a week.We can eat fruit seven to nine times a week.
If we eat too much fish and meat ,we don’t feel well .It’s enough for us to have fish and meat three to four times a week.
We had better eat junk food least.It’s bad for our health.

Eating habit is closely related to heath. In order to keep fit, we should pay more attention to our eating habits. My tips on good eating habits are as follows:
First, don’t eat too much or too little for each meal. Eating too much will cause overweight and eating too little is bad for health too. Second, don’t eat between meals. Sometimes we like eating a little before the mealtime; as a result, we lose our appetite for lunch or dinner. Third, eat more vegetables and fruit every day.
As the saying goes, “An apple a day makes the doctor away.” In my opinion, a good eating habit leads to a healthy life.

As we all know, we are what we eat . Therefore, it’s very important for us to form healthy eating habits. However, bad eating habits are still very common among us students. Some of us often go to school without breakfast; some like to have snacks; some others are particular about food and still some eat or drink too much. All these bad habits will surely do harm to our health.To keep fit, we should have various healthy diets, which generally include proper amounts of fish, meat, vegetables, fruit as well as main food. Besides, we’d better have meals regularly.In my opinion, we should try to develop healthy eating habits to build up a strong body. Only in this way can we have enough energy to study better.
