第一句是同位语,英语将句子拆分后为：the rule 和 everyone should arrive here at 5:00."everyone should arrive here at 5:00."是一个完整的句子.
第二句是定语从句,因为将句子拆分后为：the rule 和 i have to follow.‘i have to follow'.follow什么?可见他没有宾语.
