摘要:为了更好的配合我院老年病患者的临床治疗及疾病康复,我科室针对我院100例在院老年患者进行膳食调查及营养评估,并对存在有营养问题的患者提出了合理的膳食建议及相适应的营养支持治疗方案.方法:进行身高、体重、三头肌皮褶厚度、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、24h尿肌酐测定.计算理想体重、肌酐、身高指数百分数.对患者营养状况进行客观的综合评价,发现在院患者中87%以上存在着不同程度的营养不良.对各项营养状态测定指标进行了评价,并介绍了具体测量方法和营养不良的分型.

Abstract: for better coordinate work on clinic treatment and sickness recovery, our dept would do some nutritional assessment and make diet surveys of 100 elder patients on our instition. if find someone have nutrition problem, we can propose him a reasonable diet suggestions and nutrient -supportive cure measures accordingly. methods; to measure body height, weight, the thickness of triceps skinfold, lymphocyte count, serum albumin,transferrin,24 h urine creatinine measurement. after that we can caculate the ideal percentage of weight, height,creatinine. we discover above87% patients have malnutrition problems of varing degrees after roundly making objective evaluation on each patient's nutrient state. we present the specific measurement ways and malnutrition types and assess the each index of nutrition state.
