1.true是形容词啊,它的前面不可以放has的.动词是单数形式,那是因为它的主语是the same
2.如果选c的话,much 后面还要加个more字.因为much后面应该跟的是比较级.比如：much easier--简单的多.
3.A是不带to的动词不定式.b的时态有问题.
至于“前面有EVER为什么不用HAVE DONE的形式?”--那是因为填空的地方是表语的位置而不是谓语的位置.
第一题。主语不是countries,而是the same,是指上文所指的情况。
第二题。无语，觉得题目太BT
最后一道，这里ever与时态无关，意思是加强语气，可以译为一直以来。to have done something是表示过去已经发生的事情，显然不能want to do
