As we all know,we are what we eat.Therefore,it's very important for us to form healthy eating habits.However,bad eating habits are still very common among us students.Some of us often go to school without breakfast; some like to have snacks; some others are particular about food; and still some eat or drink too much.All these bad habits will surely do harm to our health.
To keep fit,we should have various healthy diets,which generally include proper amounts of fish,meat,vegetables,fruit as well as main food.Besides,we'd better have meals regularly.
In my opinion,we should try to develop healthy eating habits to build up a strong body.Only in this way can we have enough energy to study better.

Nowadays, more and more people are less concerned about their diets. Food from McDonald's, KFC, Burger King are most likely what they have every now and then. However, it is obvious that oily foods and high-sugar drinks are bad for our health if we overconsume them. Therefore, people should be more aware of the fact that unhealthy diet may someday cost your life with no alerts. To avoid this to happen, first thing people can do is to maintain a balanced diet. Try to drink water, rather than sugar drinks. Try to eat more vegetables, rather than fatty meat. If this first step is taken, a healthy lifestyle won't be far from you.

Food ,i have to admit eating and drinking things are part of our daily life,we can't stay away from that .I love eating snacks from some fast food restaurant ,although there will be a lot of oil in those food ,but they are extremely tasty.Second,i like drinking milk all the time,even in the morning,in the afternoon or in the evening!It can prevent our tooth decay and make our teeths look brighter.
