【摘要】：反倾销与反补贴都是当今国际贸易组织规定下的各国实施贸易保护的非贸易手段,为进口国产业受到不正当竞争行为损害的最多采用的两种救济措施.本文试从反倾销与反补贴的经济意义入手,以法律经济学的思想对比分析两项制度产生的基础,再从国际法律实践中比较分析两项制度的实施差异,得出反倾销有着实施性更广,对象灵活,援引成本低廉等特点.

foundations of this two systems by compareing the thought of law economics,and also analyzing the difference of this two systems during its' carrying out by compareing the practice of international laws.and it makes a conclusion that there are some characteristics with anti-dumping,such as wider implements,vivider targets,cheap cost of quoting etc.
