混凝土是当今世界应用在广泛的建筑材料之一,但是由于其脆性大、耐久性差、裂缝宽度不确定的特点,会引起工程中结构劣化,耐久性降低,甚至引起结构性破坏并最终缩短服役寿命.用高性能水泥基薄板作为混凝土结构的保护层,可以减少传统模板的劳动量,提高混凝土结构的强度,适当体积分数纤维的掺入可以明显提高建筑结构的韧性,从而提高建筑材料的耐久性及使用寿命.本文使用不同类型的掺合料取代适量水泥,制备高性能水泥基复合薄板;并确定了不同掺合料、不同纤维掺量,以及薄板作为混凝土保护层时不同的表面处理方式、不同厚度取代混凝土对组合梁性能的影响.

Concrete is the world of construction materials in the range of one,but because of their brittleness,poor durability,the characteristics of crack width of uncertainty will lead to project structure deterioration,durability,reduce,or even cause structural damage and ultimately shorten the service life .High-performance cement-based thin layer of protection as the concrete structure can reduce the traditional template of labor,improving the strength of concrete structure,the appropriate volume fraction of fiber can significantly improve the resilience of structures to enhance the durability of building materials and life.This article uses the different types of admixtures to replace proper cement,cement-based composite sheet prepared by high-performance; and identify the different admixtures of different fiber content,as well as thin as a protective layer of concrete when the different surface treatments,replace the concrete of different thickness on the performance of composite beams.
