空气分为一次风、二次风,燃烧稻壳时,一、二次风之比为50:50,一次风从炉膛水冷风室二侧进入,经布风板风帽小孔进入燃烧室.二次风在标高5300及标高12800处分二层送入.并同时开启布置在给煤管上的上播煤风.纯燃煤时,一、二次风之比为60:40,一次风同上,二次风在标高5300及标高6500处分二层送入.此时不需开启布置在给煤管上的上播煤风.
布风板上布置了二根Ф219的放渣管(另接二根Ф 219事故放渣管),可接冷渣机(用户自理).
水冷风室底部还布置了二根Ф108的放灰管,用于定期清除水冷风室中的积灰.
给煤装置
本锅炉炉前布置了三台螺旋给煤机,在其下布置了三个给稻壳的接口.燃烧稻壳时,稻壳通过气力输送从三个给稻壳的接口吹入炉膛,煤通过中间的给煤管进入炉膛与稻壳一起进行燃烧.给煤管上布置有上播煤风及下播煤风以及送煤风,在燃烧稻壳时,要开启上、下播煤风,使稻壳能比较平缓的进入炉膛.送煤风接一次冷风,播煤风接一次热风,二股风合计约为总风量的8%,每只送风管、播煤风管应各布置一只风门(设计院设计),以调节送煤风量.给煤口在离风帽约1500mm处进入燃烧室.纯烧煤时,煤通过给煤机送入燃烧室,这时给煤管上的上播煤风可以关闭,只需开启下播煤风以及送煤风即可,风量约为总风量的6%.注意事项:为了防止堵煤,应保证煤中全水分≤8%.
