Self-Confidenceis power--the power to attract,persuade,influence,and succeed.Imagine whatyour life would be like if you had an abundance of selfconfidence !Self-confidenceand conceit are different.Nevertheless,these two characteristics aredistinct.We apply them to daily life in different ways and they uniquelyimpact the happiness of the individualand facilitate different levels of success in achieving goals.One fundamentaldifference between confidence and conceit is a steady belief in one's self --versus a need to demonstrate superiority.
   A self-confidentperson believes that he is capable and worthy.He does not need to prove hisvalue to others or himself by seeking attention orshowing-off because he is secure and takes a positive attitude towards hisachievements.Meanwhile a conceited person generally has low-self esteem andshowcases what he feels to be superior qualities to prove his worth to himselfand to others
