及第1次采菇量和总产量等方面进行时比试验.结果表明:碳氮比为32.12 " 1牛粪稻草培养料菌丝生长速度快,出菇期集中,初产量和总产童高,为4种处理中最佳的处理配方.

Selection for Nutrient Medium of Agaricus Bisporus with High-Production
Abstract: Four formulations of nutrient medium were used for cultivation of agaricus bisporus and, time-comparison trials were carried out in terms of mycelium growth, daily-growth of sporocarp, the first production of mushroom-hunting, general production, etc. Results indicate that not only growth speed of mycelium with shard-straw mixture nutrient medium goes fast but also mushroom harvest period is concentrated during a short time with highly first production and highly general one at the carbon-nitrogen ratio as 32.12”1, which proves that such formulation is the best among the four formulations.
