It's important for us to be healthy all our life.We can't study or work well without healthy body.
There're many ways to keep healthy.First of all,we should keep taking exercises every day.We can walk to school instead of taking a bus.After school,we can spend an hour playing ball games.If we live in a high-rise,we can walk upstairs or downstairs.Second,we should have a balanced diet.Finally,we must remember:"Early to bed,early to rise is the way to keep healthy,wealthy and wise."

It has become a part of people's life..Every day,man),football matches are going on here and there around the world.
Pick up a newspaper and you can learn the the results of the football matches.We enjoy playing football,watching football games after work.During the football matches of the World Cup,millions of people watch the matches on TV.
When their favorite teams win,they will give them three cheers.When they fail,they feel sad.We all hope our national team will be the strongest one in the world.
My winter vacation
The winter vacation is not so far from us.there are lots of thing I have done while this vacation.For one thing ,I have my lessons reviewed ,in order to improve the qulity of study.For the other thing,I wish I would be betterafter hard working with my course.at first,I must correct all my final examination paper.Secondly,I insist on reading English books and newspapers every day.I also keep on oral pratice.
In my spare time,I will take an active part in activitise.I can gain the first hand imformations through the activitise which can help me to extend my knowlege.
