我是这样想的：假设现在 紫色蘑菇和红色蘑菇都没毒，而绿色蘑菇就不能安全食用，黄色蘑菇可能有毒可能无毒（但不能吃，因为不能确定无毒），即现在既可以吃紫色的也可以吃红色的，有两种选择，与题干不符，所以该假设不成立。
则只能假设紫色蘑菇有毒，则可食用绿色蘑菇，紫蘑菇有毒则红色蘑菇也有毒，黄色蘑菇的毒性周期不稳定，所以现在只能选择绿色蘑菇食用。
这样的推理恰当么？
