不可以,因为是CAR RUN OVER A DOG,RUN在此处用的是被动态.
前面不是FOUND吗？你又不是正在看见啊，时态不对，
因为是被动语态，不能用running.
running的话,是否要在前面加个was呀?

但是现在by 就是在提醒你 前面的动词是被动时态啦
