还有,那个pan是平底锅,好象没人用平底锅烧汤吧！

锅还分好多种呢,火锅专用的"锅"是pot,有些壶也用这个词表示..家里常用的是烧菜锅,和煎蛋用的铁盘锅都算家用橱具,用pan
