Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .The Spring Festival comes in January or Feburary.Before Spring Festival ,the people usually clean and decorate their houses.People buy meat fish and vegetables.Couplets are posted on the doors.Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fire works to welcome the new year.In the festival,all family members go together and have a big dinner together.After the dinner, they watch the Spring Festival party on television.People will stay up late or all night on New Year's evening to wait for the new year.

The spring festival is very important of ayear.
On New Year's Eve, peaple often have large dinner. After dinner, they watch the Spring Festival Evening Party on TV.
On New Year's Day, peaple visit friends or relatives(亲戚）. The children are very happy, because they can get many red pocket(红包）. In the south of China, we eat nian gao. We can see many beautiful fireworks（烟花）. We also can see the lion dancing（舞狮） or the dragon dancing（舞龙）.
