have many interview experiences,and i think the self-confidence is one of the most important things at the interview.when i was not confidence on myself,the interview is almost fail.To a girl,maybe a good manners,decent clothes and well-cosmetic may add your confidence,and i think what is also important is your simile!If you know how to smile,i'm sure you will win a good impression to interviewers.because my english is not very fluent,so all of those is what i can say,hope someone can give other suggestion to us.
2.I had ever gotten an interview for a part-time job.It is the first time for me to have an interview,I am very nervous that time.Then I was fail,of course.
Every time,when I recall that time I feel a little shame.still now I has been interviewed for 5 times.And the last time I got through it,got that jop.Now I thought about it found the reason why I could get that job,Because I just fit it which they were found.
Then I also found before have an interview you'd better kown the company you are going to get a job.
Now I an still a student,one year later,I must found a job to spully myself.So I am very glad to get more information about the interview.
3.The most important thing is your ability,especially the english skill.
I've attended many interviews and according to my experiences,if you can speak english fluently, your will have the more possibilities to obtain the position.
But it is not the only thing you should focus.There is another,confidence!don't be nervous when your answer the questions. Take a good prepareation before your interview.

important to everyone in such a society full of competition.Thus we should be aware of it.When you have a chat with your friends, you should make an eye-contact, listen to what they are saying carefully,it shows that you respect them, as a result,you can enjoy a comfortable and wonderfull talk.Smiling is also very important.Not only can it reduce stress of an astomosphere, but it also can let you make friends easily even though he or she is a stranger
