Concerning your order C215,we have prepared 4000doezens shirts,as delivery date is pending,we still didn't receive your L/C.
Pls must issue L/C in the end of this month and send to us,so that we can go on this contract smoothly.
In order to avoid any modification,pls jpay attentiong and ensure everything in L/C is same as contract articles.

With reference to the 4000 dozens of shirt against our S/C No. C215,please draw your attention to the fact that the goods have been ready for shipment and the date of shipment is drawing near,but we haven’t received your relevant L/C up to date.
Please make sure that the L/C can be opened and reach us before the end of this month so that we can excute this order successfully.
Please see to it that the relevant stipulation in the L/C should strictly conform to the terms in our sales confirmation in order to avoid subsequent amendments.

About on my C125 and 4000 t.shirt cooperate with you ,please attention to that allready ready to and euqinemt nearly date,but now date still not recieve about your L/c.please you set up L/C send for me in end of this months ,so that we smoothly make sure this list.
In order to aviod corret after, please attention to L/C regular assigns and must be same as contract articles.
