以互联网为平台的经济活动是网络经济的客观基础,伴随网络经济的发展,以网络技术为基础的现代服务业迅速发展,网络人力资源招聘就是其表现形式之一.作为一种新型的人才招聘方式,国外先进企业 中应用的成功经验表明,网络 招聘已经逐渐并越来越成为现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分.在我国,随着网络技术的不断发展,网络招聘开始走入人们的视野,并越来越成为企业招聘人才、求职者应聘的主要渠道之一.然而网络招聘在飞速发展的同时既存在管理问题、意识问题、制度问题,也存在技术等问题,如果不能很好地解决,势必影响其继续发展,所以只有找到症结所在,对症下药,网络招聘才能更好地为人力资源管理服务,发挥更有效的作用.因此,如何进一步发展和完善网络人力资源招聘,促使其优势和效果的充分发挥,是一个重要的理论和实际课题.
本文以我国企业的网络招聘方式为研究对象,采用个案访谈法和文献研究法相结合的研究方法,对当前企业网络招聘方式问题的研究和解决对策进行了研究.本文首先介绍了网络招聘的概念、网络招聘的主要方式、网络招聘的特点,分析了网络招聘的现状、发展趋势等问题;然后从两方面着重探讨了当前企业网络招聘方式存在的问题;最后基于网络招聘的现状和存在问题从四个层面提出了相关的建议对策,并对网络招聘的未来进行了展望,从而为我国企业进行网络招聘提供一些有益的参考.
