Well I believe that the government should never have the power to limit the people's freedom of speech in any case.Man has his autonomy,so he should have the right to express what he wants to say.However,one should always be responsible of his speech.If the content of one's speech causes harm to others or it is anti-social,the government has the right to judge him.Thank you.

In some countries, television and radio programs are carefully censored for offensive language and behavior. in other countries, there is little or censorship.
The topic of the speech freedom is quite interesting. In my options, the key point is how to control the rule of the censorship.
First of all, the mass media must have their professional ethics in any countries. However , in some countries , the media can do everything to rise the rating . So they could study the target audience , and even twist the truth to attract the attentions of audience. In this situation, the government should censor whether the media tell truth, avoid to mislead the audience. eg. Recently the anchorman of CNN Jeffery said that, the salary of Chinese workers was so cheap as 1 dollar a moth , and in the past 50 years ,the Chinese just acted as the ruffians . Appareled, Jeffery didn’t tell the truth, and even gave up the responsibility and the mortal of media to make his TV show outstanding. But his words hurt all the Chinese deeply. And basically, he lied on the TV ,and the wrong opinion may mislead persons who know nothing about china and Chinese . In a word, the speech freedom must establish on the truth and the responsibilities.
Secondly, compared to the no censorship, if the media is carefully censored . Most of information can not be transfer to the audience. The view of the media will be limited , and the people can not know the truth also. Such as the north Korean , the media is controlled by government stringently .
The people in that country don’t know what is happening in the world. The information is filtered by the government at first step, and then, the media allow to release the rest information. So that could also mislead the people who only receive the positive things in the government view.
In a sum, the media industry should have a professional standard , which is objective , fair and truly reporting everything ,based on the responsibility for the social and the respect to the things interviewed . And the government just censor the media whether observe the industry standard , and don’t limit the freedom of media speech .
