【摘 要】在市场经济条件下,随着高等学校的发展,高校的融资活动已经成为高校建设中不可或缺的一部分,面对融资活动以及会计核算中的不确定性因素与造成损失的可能性,我们在企业遭遇风险之前,财务状况会逐渐恶化,建立财务安全预警系统能及早诊断出危机信号,可及时有效地防范和化解危机.
通过对财务风险涵义与特征的理性认识,剖析了财务风险的成因,提出防范和控制财务风险的对策：(1)提高企业的适应能力和应变能力；(2)提高财务人员的风险意识和素质；(3)实现企业财务管理中责、权、利的统一；(4)建立健全有效的财务风险控制机制；(5)采用合理的财务风险管理方法,将财务风险降到最低.
本文就财务危机的识别方法、建立财务安全预警体系和安全运营监测及财务风险的防范和化解作一简单论述.

Abstract In a market economy conditions, with the higher development of university financing has become an integral part of college construction, financing activities and face accounting of the uncertainty factors and the possibility of losses We encounter risks in the enterprise before the financial situation worsens, the establishment of financial security for early diagnosis of early warning system of crisis, it may effectively prevent and defuse the crisis.
Financial risk through the meaning and characteristics of the rational understanding of the causes of financial risk analysis of the proposed financial risk prevention and control measures: (1) enhance their adaptability and resilience; (2) increase the risk of financial staff and quality awareness ; (3) enterprise financial management responsibilities, rights and interests of unity; (4) establishing a sound and effective financial risk control mechanisms; (5) with a reasonable financial risk management methods to minimize financial risk.
