2.daughters后面有一个逗号,说明它应该是一个包含从句的句子,如果选C,both of them became doctors是一句完整独立的句子,就和前面的句子没有关系了,那就不应该用逗号而要用句号.既然用了逗号,就得用WHOM,存在介词OF,就不能用WHO.
