Abstract:
The minor enterprises play an specially important role in increasing of economy and development of society in China.To promote the development of minor enterprises has become a major issue in present economic life.
With the growth of Chinese market-oriented economy,new businesses and new situations emerge continuously,especially when the market competition is more serious under conditions of current global financial crisis.To perfect the accounting system of minor companies is favourable toward improving its comprehensive qualities and competition and promoting its healthy development.
Thus it enjoys important realistic meaning to strengthen the study of perfecting accounting system and pushing ahead the healthy deveopment in minor enterprises.For this purpose,some suggestions about constructing financial accounting system are given on basis of current problems existed in financial accounting of minor enterprises.

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprise is playing a significant role in the growth of economy and development of society. Promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprise has become one of the most crucial issues in mordern economic life. With the advancement of the marketing economy in our country, new transaction, new surrondings has been emerging, especially in the situation of global financial crisis, which leads to more heated competition. To perfect the accounting system of small-medium sized enterprise is benificial to enhance the comprehensive strength and competiveness of them and to their sound development. Therefore, contributing to the issues of how to perfect the accounting system of small and medium-sized enterprise and promoting their sound development has a profound effect on the practical meanings. So, aiming to the problems in the accounting system of small-medium sized enterprise in the present time, this paper put forward several suggestions about the the construction of the accounting system of small-medium sized enterprises.

The small-and-medium-sized(hereafter shortened as SMS) compinies play an important in China's economic growth and social development. To promote the development of small and medium sized companies is an important agenda on current economic life. As China's market economy develops, there are new businesses and new situations one after another. The on-going global economic crisis poses stronger competition on the market. To strengthen the accounting system of small and medium sized companies could improve the overall fitness of the SMSs and their competitiveness and facilitate their healthy growth. So it's realistically rewarding to study on how to build a healthy accounting system in SMSs. Basing on the problems faced by SMSs on finantial and accounting, some advices was proposed on constructing finantial and accounting systems.
