Retail pharmacies need to have a lasting development in today's fierce market competition , so it requires the pharmacy pharmacy services to step to being professional and innovation,it is no doubt an effective attempt to fused health management and pharmacy pharmaceutical care together. This article is based on an example of a large pharmacy, to implement an investigation into customers who entered the shop: analyse customers' satisfaction to our pharmacy service, pharmaceutical service needs and expectations to our pharmacy in the future. All of that will provide the reference for the pharmacy pharmacy service measures and enhance the competitiveness of this pharmacy management in the future .
