Pate2 deals with the emplyer’s Employment Rules and Procedures.
EMPLOYEE:Xiangrong Shi of 2 Zu,Jie Fang Wei,Tie Dong District,Si Ping City,Ji lin Province,China
1.Job Title:
You are emplyed as a TCM Practitioner.In addition to the norma duties associated with your post,you may be required to carry out additional or alternative tasks as requested from time to time.You may be required to work for other companies or businesses as directed by the Employer but will continue to be employed and paid by the Employer,although subject to the day to day direction and rules of the company\business for which you are working.
2 Period of Employment
Your period of continuous employment (for statutory employment rights purposes)with the Employer began on 1st December 2007.No previous employment or work counts towards your continuity of employment.
2.Pay:
3.1 Your annual gross basic salary is ￡18,000 per annum gross of taxes and nateiona insurance contributions(“Basic Salary”).
3.2 You will be paid in arrears every month by cheque or bank transfer.
4 Normal Working Hours:
4.1 your normal hours of work are for eight hours per day every Monday to Friday from 9:00a.m to 6:00 p.m.
4.2 you are entitled to half-hour break for lunch ate a time agreed by the employer,which will not be working time and will not be paid
