房名制度在藏区特别是农牧混合地带仍较为普遍存在,并发挥着重要的社会功能.早在民国时期,不少专家学者就已经注意到房名对于藏族社会的重要意义,通过实地田野调查,简略阐释过房名所蕴含的文化意义.然而,至今学术界对房名的研究还不够深入.
黑水地区的房名制度较为完整保留至今,并发挥着巨大的社会作用.黑水地区传统社会中最基本的组织形式便是房名制度.以房名为基础,建构起独具地方特色的社会文化.以房名为单位组成地方传统社会,房名团体更是直接组织当地的婚丧嫁娶等人生重大礼仪性活动.
由于特殊的地理位置和历史原因,少有学者在黑水地区进行深入的学术研究.也正是因为特殊的地理位置和历史因素,黑水地区较为完整保留着传统的社会文化及其社会组织形式.
本文试图以一个传统文化保留完好的村寨——朱坝村为个案,较为完整和全面呈现出一个传统房名制度影响下的社会村落如何运作,以及房名制度如何影响当地人的生活和文化逻辑.朱坝村是笔者生于斯长于斯的地方,现在笔者通过人类学的训练将这里的生活及人们的世界呈现出来.

Jiarong Tibetan is a branch of the Tibetan Nationality and its culture has its
own uniqueness.To understand the Jiarong Tibetan culture,we need to know
its main cultural characteristics.The House Name System shows the
main cultural elements of Jiarong Tibetan society and culture.Its main
contents include marriage system,inheritage system,living forms and
social organizations,etc.With the different living space in Jiarong Tibetan
area,its cultural characteristics have diversified nature and significance.This
is the ideal internal perspective for understanding and interpreting Jiarong
Tibetan culture from the academic angle.
House Name System in Tibetan areas,with the agriculture and
animal husbandry mixed zones in particular,is still relatively common,
and plays an important social function.As early as in the period of
the Republic of China,many experts and scholars had noticed
the significance the House Name had for the Tibetan society.After
carrying out on-the-spot and field investigation,the writer will give a
brief interpretation of its cultural significance.However,the academic
circle has not carried out a thorough research on this so far.
The House Name System in the Blackwater Area has been kept
intact till the present time and has played a huge social role.The
basic traditional social organizational form in the Blackwater region
is the House Name System.Based on the House Name System,it
has developed the local social culture with unique characteristics.
The traditional local society has been organized following the
House Name units.The local important ceremonial activities such
as weddings and funerals etc.,are directly organized by the House
Name groups.
Due to the special geographical location and historical reasons,few
scholars have ever carried out in-depth academic research in
the Blackwater area.It is also because of these unique factors that
the Blackwater region has maintained its relatively complete
traditional social culture and organizational forms.
Taking ZhuBa Village as a single case,where the traditional culture is
well preserved,this article attempts to present a more complete
and comprehensive view as how the social village operates under
the influence of the traditional House Name System and how the
House Name System has influenced the social life of the local people
and their culture logics.Zhu Ba village is the place where the writer
was born and grew up.And now the writer,through the studying and
practicing of anthropology,would like show the life and the activities
of the people here to the outside world.
