关于大学生对养生的了解现状的调查研究报告 摘要：随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注生活质量.健康问题已成为人们高度重视的问题.中医养生保健是我国传统文化的瑰宝,今天具有巨大的的社会需求.然而,当前中医养生保健行业乱象横生,“养生专家”层出不穷,这些现象都说明人们对养生知识不够了解.那么作为新一代知识分子的大学生对养生的知晓度又是多少呢?于是小组以问卷的形式对我校大学生进行了问卷调查以了解大学生对养生的了解现状.调查结果表明：大学生同样对养生缺乏较为明确的了解,因此,本文最终要解决的问题是让大学生对养生有一个较为系统的认识,养成更加健康的生活方式.过调研和查找有关资料,我们提出了一些可参考的建议,希望对大家今后的养生有一定的帮助!

Investigation and Research over Present Comprehension of Life Nourishment of Undergraduates: A Report.
Abstract: As living standards raise, people have been more concerned for their living qualities, which has made health a highly-stressed issue. The life nourishment of Chinese traditional medicine (hereinafter referred to as CTM) stands for treasure of Chinese traditional culture, which has been greatly demanded in contemporary society. However, the CTM life nourishment industry has been in turmoil and experts on life nourishment endlessly emerge, which expresses the ignorance towards life nourishment of common people. So, How about the comprehension over life nourishment of college students, the intellectuals of new generation? The group thus held a questionnaire towards students on our campus for their comprehension over the life nourishment. The questionnaire shows that college students are deficiency in their comprehension over the life nourishment. So, the thesis ultimately aims to solve the problem, through which college students would systematically comprehend the life nourishment and form a more healthier living styles. We have raised some referential suggestions by investigation and referring to materials concerned and we hope that what we have done would facilitate your life nourishment in the future.
