1.Application form for Provisional Registration of Overseas Supplier Enterprises of Import Scrap Materials; the form needs to be signed by legal representative with company’s stamp
2.The notarized tax and business registration documents
Note: the notarization documents must show the name of the company’s legal representative and company’s registered address.
The notary agency can be the authorized office of the country in which the foreign ministers or official notary department or the local Chinese embassy, etc.
3.The plans of the offices, and also the warehouse and processing location if you have.
Dimensions (length and width) of all locations and each departments must be shown on the plan.
4.The photos of the offices and also the warehouse and processing location if you have. The photos must show the panoramic view of the company, the company’s name label, address, the inside and outside views of the location
5.The ISO9001 certificate colorful copy. Also the contact information of the ISO company who issued the certificate to you.
