肝穿刺活检诊断滤泡树突细胞肉瘤1例报道并文献复习
【摘要】目的 报道1例肝穿刺活检诊断滤泡树突细胞肉瘤,探讨其临床病理特征、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗.方法 对1例经肝穿刺活检明确诊断为滤泡树突细胞肉瘤进行病理镜检和免疫组化研究,结合相关文献进行分析.结果 临床表现为腹部肿块、肝区疼痛,肝穿刺后镜检为异型上皮样细胞,核分裂相易见.免疫组化为瘤细胞表达CD21、CD35阳性.结论 滤泡树突细胞肉瘤是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,而多部位发生的原发不明滤泡树突细胞肉瘤少有报道,肝穿刺标本诊断不易,诊断与鉴别诊断须依靠病理镜检和免疫组化检测.治疗上主要使用的治疗方法为手术治疗、放疗、化疗及综合治疗.而本例病变广泛,已无法手术及放射治疗,化疗为作为首选治疗.

Purpose Reported one case of liver biopsy diagnosis of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma.Method 1 case diagnosed by liver biopsy for the follicular dendritic cell sarcoma of the pathological examination and immunohistochemical study,combined with analysis of relevant literature.Result clinical manifestations of abdominal mass,Liver pain,Microscopic examination of liver puncture shaped epithelial-like cells,Mitosis is easy to see.Immunohistochemical expression of tumor cells into the CD21, CD35-positive.Conclusion Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor,The occurrence of multiple sites of unknown primary follicular dendritic cell sarcoma rarely reportedThe occurrence of multiple sites of unknown primary follicular dendritic cell sarcoma rarely reported,Diagnostic liver biopsy specimens is not easy,Diagnosis and differential diagnosis will depend on the pathological examination and immunohistochemistry.Treatment is mainly used for the treatment of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and combined therapy.And extensive lesions in this case, has been unable to surgery and radiation therapy, chemotherapy for the treatment of choice as.
